Hey, I'm Wouter and as the creator of uBee, I love citylife, where almost everything is a stone's throw away, be it daily purchases, hobbies or work. But when I had to lug luggage, I was left hungry...
That's why I came up with uBee! A safe, compact and trendy mobility solution to carry different types of luggage.

The genesis of uBee
If you need to transport luggage with a bike or e-step I see 2 major challenges.
First, to avoid having my family's bikes unprotected outside on the street, I had extra rental costs for a garage or everything has to fit in our small hallway which creates a lot of logistical challenges on a daily basis.
Second, I am a fan of sharing solutions and public transportation. However, I noticed that you can still find these solutions a few streets away. Especially when transporting goods, it would be helpful to have a means of transportation that can be stored compactly and still have the supporting functionality for you and your luggage.
After a long search for a safe, compact and trendy product to transport different types of luggage, I came to the conclusion that it did not exist and decided to create it myself. uBee was born!
For residents with less space in their homes, with uBee I want to offer a solution that supports them on a daily basis in the 'first, last and only (cargo) mile'.
uBee is your own property and thus offers you a solution from your front door to your front door, but it also suits other mobility solution. Commuting can now be even easier than ever. You never have to park your uBee when changing means of transport, as it folds up compactly, making it easy to take with you on public transport or fit in the trunk of a (shared) car.

Your safety is our top priority
The safety of uBee riders and other road users is our priority and there is no room fo rcompromise. With its 2 large front wheels and wide wheelbase, the three-wheeled scooter is more stable than its two-wheeled counterparts and the electric uBee variant has a max speed of 20 km/h. This complies with all national traffic regulations within the EU.
There is also special attention to your visibility at night and a comfortable manual brake.
Our carbon footprint
uBee... stands for Urban Bee or city bee. We are convinced that our cargo step will contribute to an eco-friendly urban ecosystem, just as an urban bee does. uBee fits into a system of multimodal transport, supports local trade and minimizes CO2 emissions in cities.
This tricycle is made in Belgium with sustainable materials to minimize the impact on our planet. Finally, we use only mono-materials, making this micromobility solution easy to recycle.
